Classes are 60 minutes and at a beginner level  
 
Body Blast - classes strengthen your entire body using a variety of equipment including free weights, balance balls and stretch bands

Pilates - mat classes include all over body conditioning which helps develop strength, flexibility and to improve body alignment

Yoga -classes include standing and sitting postures (asanas) and breathing (pranayama) exercises thought in a slow safe manner

Gentle Yoga - is a therapeutic and rejuvenating class of conscious breathing and deep relaxation using blocks and bolsters

Gentle Yoga with Weights - is a theraputic class including conscious breathing, sitting postures and strengthening exercises
